The SSP 304 stainless steel exhaust system is a high-quality replacement designed to last longer and outperform the standard mild steel exhaust system. Built with durability in mind. Featuring 4-2-1 pipework and mandrel-bent headers, it significantly improves exhaust flow, enhancing engine efficiency and responsiveness. The system is supplied complete with stainless steel mounting brackets, silencer straps, gaskets, and clamps for a straightforward installation.
Designed for 1985–1992 1.9 and 2.1 VW T25 Transporters, it can also be fitted to earlier 1.9 models with the correct rear engine mounting bracket. The system includes two hot air necks for vehicles with hot air intake hoses, extra thick exhaust flanges to reduce distortion, and a fully polished stainless steel silencer and tailpipe for a clean, long-lasting finish. Ideal for restorations or performance upgrades.
